We had an amazing and inspiring day bringing the g4g@work concept to the London-based technology company, Azur Group Limited!
Our event invited 50 girls for a unique opportunity to spend a morning at the Azur office in London where they explored the science and technology to our everyday lives - while also linking it what it means to have a secure future!!

Where. When. What?!

What? We welcome 50 girls aged 11-15 to a g4g@work event for a morning of interactive, hands-on, fun in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics!
How? We invite role model professionals to lead 45-minute workshops highlighting science and technology, with 10 - 12 girls in one workshop. Girls will experience 3 workshops throughout the morning.

Lara has over 20 years experience working in London and New York for insurance companies and loves to be knee deep in spreadsheets, focusing on data analytics to help insurance companies look for trends and report on performance.

Having grown up wanting to be Indiana Jones, Alexaundra loves to find new ways to combine her passions for science, history, languages and world travel. She has a Master degree in European Studies and co-taught an after school science program.

Melissa Rancourt, Chairman & Founder. Melissa is an engineer herself and loves the Big Bang TV show. So much so that she does a workshop based on it which has proved to be one of the favourites of the girls. Melissa is a true science geek and doesn't mind who knows this!

From global communications & event coordinating, she manages various g4g internal projects, creates science workshops, supervises our lovely young interns and ambassadors and loves to lead the DNA workshop across the globe!
