g4g to Mission Control... STEM Space Orbit complete!

 
 

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully launched ourfirst ever g4g Day event in partnership with Covestro in...  Houston, Texas, USA!!

We welcomed aboard 250 girls aged 11-15 to take part in a full day of interactive and hands-on workshops on all aspects of STEM at a cutting edge facility - that also happened to be the gateway to the NASA Johnson Space Center - Space Center Houston!! Our workshops included: robotics, engineering & design, electronics, polymer chemistry - ending with tours through Mission Control!

When? Monday, 15th of May, 2017 (tentatively from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM)

What? Welcoming 250 girls aged 11-15 from local communities to come and join us for a day filled with interactive and hands-on fun in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

How? We invite role model professional to lead workshops that show the link to STEM, with 15-20  girls in one workshop. Girls will have a chance to explore the fun in science throughout the day, with an opportunity to see space exhibits and take a tour through Mission Control at Space Center Houston!
