Our ambassadors are official g4g representatives who help promote STEM initiatives in their communities and support greenlight for girls' projects. This includes promoting events, creating promotional material, spreading the word, fundraising, backing up volunteers at events, and finding and building partnerships (with speakers, startups, companies, schools...). Ambassadors are a key part of our social media team.

Sarah is one of our young Greece Ambassadors. Born in Greece, she speaks fluent Greek, English, Arabic and French. At just 14 years of age, her passion is to help girls around the globe receive the education they deserve… “I want girls to grow up knowing that they can be whatever they want in life and that gender diversity should never come between their dreams, just by doing that I feel that maybe I can make a difference it at least one person's life!”

Sindhu is the name of a river that flows to the ocean. Like her namesake, Sindhu wants to reach an ocean of knowledge. Rivers also help humans, just as Sindhu hopes to help other students through selfless service. It is her pleasure to be a g4g member! As a a g4g Global Scholar Sindhu took charge to understand science through its applications and enjoys making applied physics videos for g4g (like this one!)

Emma is a student from ISB and returning intern for g4g! She has created her own business at the young age of 16 - Artisuns - and loves to lead a Science & Entrepreneur workshop at our events! Among other things, she is helping us launch an impact project and developing a new workshop involving science & sports!

My name is Sarah Armstrong and I am half Korean and half English. After attending the G4G event at imperial 2015 I was inspired to get involved G4G. I am mainly interested in physics and maths and when I grow up I wish to become a civil Engineer. I also interested in art and music.

Erin joined the g4g team in fall 2014 to help out with fundraising and advertising for the g4g event in Brussels. With devotion and appreciation for STEM, Erin hopes to encourage more girls to become interested in math and science by supporting and spreading the word about the g4g organization!

Alexandra came to us after our g4g Day@Brussels 2014 and said "how do I become an Ambassador?" We've kept in touch ever since! She is leading a project with us to create a custom made g4g daisy bracelet where she is combining her passion in art with her newly discovered passion for science!

Jaiden came to us with a passion in ICT that has been growing all through high school. She attends Walter Payton College Prep in Chicago and as our Chicago Ambassador, she is excited to lead g4g initiatives in her area! Through her acting career, she has had the opportunity to use stage and film to tackle issues like human rights and cyber bullying. She LOVES coding and sharing this passion with other girls by hosting workshops that teach mothers and daughters all about coding and better yet...eating cupcakes!

Alison is one of our Africa Ambassadors. At age 23, her passion for business and management leads her to various positions in three different continents around the world. Alison joined us during her last year at university and will be helping us with upcoming events in Kinshasa.
As she has been raised in D.R. of Congo, she knows very well how hard it is for young ladies there to keep up with their passion in STEM. For this reason, she is taking to heart to improve this situation in her home country.

An enthusiastic participant of the g4g events in Brussels for several years (and also demonstrator!), Alexandra became a g4g ambassador this winter. Her goal is to share her passion for the sciences with girls from her school and her surroundings. Alexandra is half Greek, half Belgian and has been living in Brussels for the past seven years. She loves physics, and especially astrophysics and cosmology, and works towards making a significant contribution in this domain.

Hello, my name is Sophie. I’m currently doing a PhD in Tropical Medicine at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. I love studying infectious diseases because you have the potential to improve the healthcare of lots of people who are very unwell. Before that I did an MSc Immunology at Imperial College London and a BSc Biomedical Science at the University of Sheffield. In my spare time I love to do ballet. I grew up in the English Lake District, so I love all things outdoors and I’m currently training to be a mountain leader.

I’m Thaisa Brandão from Ouro Branco, Minas Gerais, Brazil. I graduated in Bioprocess Engineering by the University of São João del Rei, where I had my first contact with g4g working as a volunteer in 2105. Since it, I couldn’t leave the project anymore. It became a passion. I always liked biology it was the first thing that made me thinking about STEM. When I was almost finishing the high school, a friend told me about the new UFSJ campus in my city. She did my registration to do the exam and few months later, I received the announcement I was a new student of biotechnology engineering. I participated of lots projects when I was at the college, including Junior Enterprise, Student Academic Center and volunteer as a math and biology teacher in an education program in my city. Currently I’m living in the USA where I have had the opportunity to enjoy some g4g events and It has been a key for my dreams. I’m so proud to be part of it. I’m a dreamer and for me, it’s really important empowering girls to be wherever we want. Show them what I know, what I became and where I would like to go and be have been my way to tell the world that “Anything is possible”. Being a g4g Ambassador is a pleasure, a way to keep engaged with STEM and opening doors.
