On March 28, we are thrilled to be hosting an online episode of our very own Science, you had me at hello® in partnership with Vodafone Foundation and World Wide Technology (WWT) on the theme of CONNECTIVITY.

Join us for the newest episode of our Broadcast on the theme of CONNECTIVITY! With role models coming from Vodafone and WWT, we will learn about connectivity of all systems from technology to biology to friendships and beyond. In this interactive and engaging session, students will be able to share and connect with our incredible role models.

Meet our speaker, Veronika Geleta! With over 15 years of experience in technology industry, Veronika currently works as a Service Manager at World Wide Technology in London. In her role, she supports and helps to make sure serices at World Wide Technology are being seamlessly delivered to their clients.

Meet our speaker, Priscila Queiros! Priscila is a Principal Category Manager in Networks and manages leased network lines to make sure their customers are connected even in places where Vodafone might not have their own network. Did you know that Priscila has been a part of our g4g world for a long time? First, volunteering at g4g Day in Brazil & Brussels, and bringing g4g to Luxembourg and Vodafone!

Meet our speaker, Kate Clooney! Kate is an Account Director and leads a high-performance sales and service team at World Wide Technology in London. She supports and helps oversee and plan projects, nurture relationships with clients, and coordinate various teams. Outside of work, she is passionate about horses and horse competitions.


What: Our broadcast episode will gather inspiring STEM role models who are excited to share their stories, their inspiration, and their advice with the attendees.

When: Tuesday, March 28 at 1:45 pm (Brussels time).

Where: This live broadcast will take place on the platform Zoom. Please be reassured that we are utilizing Zoom’s safety functions and that we will be monitoring online safety during the broadcast by having a Safety Officer as part of our dedicated behind-the-scenes team.

Why: From our own Impact studies, we know that one thing is key to inspiring girls to pursue STEM subjects – and that is, to provide a community of role models. Tailored to our older g4g students who are determining what studies to pursue in university, our broadcasts “Science, you had me at hello® connect female scientists and STEM leaders to the next generation of potential engineers, scientists and curiosity-filled young women. They are designed to encourage you to think about what inspires you, to begin to contemplate your purpose and to create some ideas on how you can get there.
